Booking Terms and Conditions

Confirming Bookings

All bookings are subject to minimum booking periods. All bookings, both online and via telephone or email, require a current credit card. A current credit card is required to make and confirm all bookings. All online bookings must be paid in full at the time of making the booking to secure your booking. All telephone / email bookings must pay the first night’s accommodation as a deposit to secure your booking at the time of making the booking. We only accept Visa, MasterCard and Union Pay. Guests may pay by direct credit. Cheques will not be accepted, unless prior arrangement has been made.

People with a disability are asked to contact us directly when making a booking to discuss their needs.

Tariff Structure

All tariffs are based on the first two people only. We regard children as between the ages of 2 and 15 years of age. Adults are 16 years of age and over.

Christmas (24 December – 31 January) – 2 night minimum

Australia Day Weekend – 3 night minimum

Labour Day Weekend (second weekend in March) – 3 night minimum

Easter Weekend – 4 night minimum

ANZAC Day Weekend – 3 night minimum

Queen’s Birthday Weekend (second weekend in June) – 3 night minimum

Winter School Holidays – 2 night minimum

Winter Weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) – 2 night minimum

Melbourne Cup Weekend – 4 night minimum

Standard Tariff Periods – Year Round

Minimum nights stay (weekend) – 2 nights

One night stay surcharge – $35 per apartment

 

Cancellation Policy

If a booking has been made directly through our website or via telephone or email contact with Banjo’s All Seasons Accommodation, cancellations made with more than 21 days notice are refundable minus an administration fee. Cancellations made with less than 21 days notice will only be refunded if the apartment is re-sold. If the apartment is not re-sold, the full amount of the booking will be forfeited.

If a booking is made through one of our channel distribution partners, such as Wotif, please refer to their cancellation policy.

 

No Show Fee

If guests fail to check-in, or fails to notify the property that they no longer require the room, then the full amount of the accommodation will be forfeited by the customer. 

  

Check-in Time

Check-in time is from 2.00pm onwards on day of arrival. Please advise if you will be arriving after 6.00pm to make arrangements for check-in. An earlier check-in may be requested, yet is subject to availability and is only possible when prior arrangements have been made with Reception.

 

Check-out Time

Check-out time is to be no later 10.00am on day of departure. A late check-out may be requested, yet is subject to availability and is only possible when prior arrangements have been made at Reception. All accounts must be settled before departure. If departing earlier than 9am on the morning of departure, please settle your account the night before. All keys must be handed into Reception when departing.

 

Extension of Stay/Early Departure

Haven’t finished exploring our area yet? We welcome you to extend your stay, but it is subject to availability. Should you need to leave earlier than your original check-out date; your accommodation charges for the night/s not stayed are non-refundable.

 

Conditions of Use

  • Relax and enjoy yourself while respecting the rights of other guests.
  • Please leave your apartment in a clean and tidy manner on the day of your departure. If your apartment is left in an unsatisfactory manner on departure you will be charged a cleaning fee.
  • All apartments are Non Smoking.
  • No apartments shall be used for any illegal activity, including the use of illegal drugs / substances. Such doing will result in action taken by the appropriate authority.
  • All visitors to your apartment must report to Reception upon arrival. This is for occupational health and safety reasons, not because we want to know who your friends are.
